Do you carry organic tea?
Yes. Browse our organic tea selection and check each product page for its current details.
What if I have an allergy or require strict gluten-free handling?
Review the ingredients on the product page and contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee there is no cross-contact.
Where does your tea come from?
Our teas come from growing regions around the world, including China, India, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, and Japan. Some are sourced directly from farms, some are blended by Vintage Fork, and others come through importing partners.
When will I receive my order?
Local Edmonton-area orders typically arrive within one to three days. Canada-wide orders are generally packed for a third-party courier within one to two business days. Seasonal and sale periods may add three to seven business days.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Email info@vintagefork.ca with your order number and we will check its status.
Can I taste tea at the shop?
Yes. Visit our Barto Residence shop for a free in-store tea tasting and help choosing a loose-leaf tea.
