Tea Questions

Is your tea organic?

We do carry a selection of certified organic teas. Even our non organic teas are free from pesticides and fumigation.

Is your tea gluten free?

Yes, all our teas are gluten free. However for severe celiac requirements, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.

Where does your tea come from?

Our tea comes from all over the world. The tea plant does not grow in Canada. The best teas in the world come from China, India, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, and Japan.

Some teas we import ourselves directly from farms, some herbal teas we blend ourselves, and some teas we source by working with importing partners.

Is your tea fair trade?

Our tea comes from farms and suppliers that are members of the Ethical Tea Partnership. Which is similar to fair trade, but focuses only on tea instead of multiple different products.

How long will my tea stay fresh?

Your tea will stay fresh for up to 2 years when it's kept in our packaging. It's important to keep light and air away from to maintain freshness.

Matcha stays fresh for 6 - 12 months in our packaging. It's best to purchase small amounts of matcha more frequently to keep it as fresh as possible.

When will I receive my order?

Canada wide orders are shipped out within 1 -2 of being placed. You'll be emailed a tracking number.

Local Edmonton orders are delivered within 1 - 2 days of being placed. Surrounding area (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, etc) can take up to 4 -5 days to be delivered.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, we have online gift cards that can be purchased and used on our website. You can also purchase a physical gift card that can be used in our store.
