These terms govern use of this website and purchases from Vintage Fork.
1. Use of this site
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. You may not use it for an unlawful or prohibited purpose.
2. Products and pricing
Products, descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and cancel an affected order when necessary.
3. Orders and payment
You agree to provide current and accurate order and account information. Payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers. We do not accept personal cheques or cash on delivery.
4. Shipping
We ship orders in a timely fashion, but carriers may experience delays after dispatch. One order can be delivered to one destination. Any free-shipping threshold or coupon applies separately to each order.
5. Intellectual property
Vintage Fork’s logos, images, product descriptions, and original site content may not be reused without permission.
6. Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Fork is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use this site or purchased products. These terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian law.
