Shipping & delivery
These are the typical timelines for getting your tea packed and on its way.
Delivery prices
Eligible Edmonton and Calgary postal codes receive free local delivery. Enter your postal code in the cart to see the services available for your order.
For standard tea orders outside local delivery areas, shipping is $15 to Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, or $20 elsewhere in Canada, when the eligible subtotal is below $75. Eligible orders of $75 or more receive free shipping.
Samples and products with special shipping requirements can have different charges. Your cart estimate and checkout use the items in your order; the exact delivery charge and tax are shown before payment.
Free pickup at the tea shop
Choose pickup when it is offered for your order. Collect from the Historic Barto Residence at 11425 95A Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5G 1P4. Contact us to confirm your order is ready before making a special trip.
Tuesday: 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Wednesday–Friday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday. Store details and contact information.
Edmonton and area
Local orders are typically delivered within one to three days after they are placed. We do not deliver on Sundays, so Friday and Saturday orders may take an additional day.
Canada-wide orders
Orders are generally packed for a third-party courier within one to two business days. A tracking number is provided when the shipment is ready.
Busy periods
Sales events, pre-orders, and holiday seasons may add three to seven business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees once a parcel is with the carrier.
