Welcome to www.vintagefork.ca (“Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Site

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

All products, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if necessary.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept various forms of payment securely processed through third-party providers Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not accept personal cheques or COD (collect on demand).

4. Shipping

We ship across Canada and US. We ship orders in a timely fashion. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. You can reach out to us at info@vintagefork.ca for any assistance regarding your order once it’s been shipped. Orders qualify for free shipping over $75, or if a valid coupon code is applied.

Orders cannot be split into multiple destinations on a single order. Each shipping destination must be connected to a single order. To qualify for free shipping, each order must be over $75.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Vintage Fork and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Fork shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Site or products purchased.
