Reviews:
“This tea was quite lovely – gently tart, whimsical in appearance both the blue and purple colours.
The addition of lemon, not just to turn it purple, really added a little extra body to the tea. I thoroughly enjoyed this with a book on a Friday evening.”
“This has a nice lemongrass scent, definitely there but not overpowering. The ginger isn’t strong so unlike most teas with ginger, I don’t have to add honey to make it palatable. Theflavour in general is a mild to moderate herbal tea taste, depending on how long I steep it for.”

Description
Stephanie A’s blends was made for our customer Stephanie. Her favourite blend was only available from a US tea shop, and the shipping and exchange rate costs made it no longer viable for her to purchase. So we made her her own version of it that she get any time with free same day delivery.
Stephanie A’s blend is a gorgeous bright blue herbal tea, it turns blue from the magical ingredient, butterfly pea flowers! It’s even more fun when you add a squeeze of lemon and the tea turns purple.

This has a nice lemongrass scent, definitely there but not overpowering. The ginger isn’t strong so unlike most teas with ginger, I don’t have to add honey to make it palatable. Theflavour in general is a mild to moderate herbal tea taste, depending on how long I steep it for. I usually use slightly more tea than suggested (a heaping teaspoon vs. a teaspoon) and an extra tablespoon or so more water.
The blue colour is so much fun, although my friends thought I was posting a picture of toilet bowl cleaner when I put up a picture of my first cup of “Stephanie A’s Blend'” online. I have strange friends.

Definitely recommend adhering to the steeping times as if it goes over I find it gets a LITTLE more tart than I prefer. But such a spectacular Blend. Stephanie A – you should have a degree in Chemist-tea :)

Lovely herbal tea with a delightful blue colour and a pleasant blend of flavours. I shared a pot with my sisters and they really enjoyed it too – so I bought more for them.
