I tried this as a sample and was pleasantly surprised. Vanilla is a tricky flavour, I find, but I really liked the blend of vanilla and hazelnut here. It felt like the tea equivalent of a dessert bar.
This is one of my all-time favourite teas! It has a creamy, cozy taste. The nutty flavour of hazelnut doesn't over power at all; it adds dimension to the vanilla. I add a dash of cinnamon to it and find it compliments the flavours. I drink it sweetened and unsweetened and find the tea is lovely both ways.
Typical black tea with a nutty flavor mixed in. The hazelnut vanilla flavor is not overpowering or sweet. I found that steeping for 5 minutes caused the tea to become a little bitter and overwhelmed the nutty flavor. If this happens to you try decreasing the steeping time, fixed the problem for me.
