Pai Mu Tan tea is also known as White Peony tea (not be confused with White Peony Needle tea). It is the least processed tea, and has a very delicate & light flavour.

This tea is gorgeous! The Earl Grey flavor, combined with the light and delicateness of the white tea, makes for a wonderful experience. It's also low in caffeine, so you can drink it in the evening after dinner. During the summer, I also tried it iced. It paired really well with my lemon raspberry cake. Highly recommended!
