Sweet milk oolong, it’s one of our most popular, and also one of our most expensive teas. It was discovered by accident as a result of nature being amazing.
Humans first discovered this tea when there was a sudden and drastic dip in temperature during the harvest, surprising us with the incredibly milky flavour.
Now we are able to replicate nature to make this tea. We use air conditioners to replicate the sudden drop in temperature to the leaves during fermentation, and fire, to roast and finalize the tea.
All oolong teas are semi oxidized, meaning they are in-between being a black tea and a green tea.
