Oolong teas are gorgeously complex, and offer huge value (and are really fun to say!). The same leaves are meant to steeped multiple times, revealing slightly different flavours with each steep.
Oolong teas are steeped via pour-over: The first steep is 1 minute long and poured out. The second steep is 1 – 3 minutes long and is first (of many) infusions you drink from the leaves.

Sweet milk oolong, it’s one of our most popular, and also one of our most expensive teas. It was discovered by accident as a result of nature being amazing.
Humans first discovered this tea when there was a sudden and drastic dip in temperature during the harvest, surprising us with the incredibly milky flavour.
Now we are able to replicate nature to make this tea. We use air conditioners to replicate the sudden drop in temperature to the leaves during fermentation, and fire, to roast and finalize the tea.
All oolong teas are semi oxidized, meaning they are in-between being a black tea and a green tea.
How to best describe a cup of sweet milk oolong? It’s like velvet took a liquid form that tastes like creamy milk. This tea is really something special

Light but flavourful, so smooth, fragrant and delicious. It has almost a vanilla vibe, really sweet and creamy. It’s almost hard to believe it isn’t flavoured. Yeah, she’s a bit expensive but absolutely worth it. I will be buying again!
